EMC Public Testnet Mining Rules

Users use real physical equipment to participate in mining on the EMC test network. The EMC test network supports two physical equipment mining modes: CPU Mining and GPU Mining.

CPU Worker Mining

Users connect local devices for CPU computing power mining to obtain EMC test tokens, which requires EMC test tokens as gas.

CPU Mining Rules

  • Users configure their local equipment according to official documents. The longer their equipment is online, the higher the mining success rate and income will be;

  • After each successful mining session, only the EMC testnet network transaction fee is required; no additional EMC test tokens are consumed.

  • After each successful mining session, the user can receive a reward of 0.5 EMC test tokens;

  • The daily limit for claiming EMC test tokens is 5000, on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted.

GPU Worker Mining

Users connect their local devices to mine GPU computing power and earn EMCP. This process requires the consumption of EMC test tokens as gas.

GPU Mining Rules

  • Users need to pay 0.25 EMC test tokens as consumption for each mining;

  • After each successful mining, the user can earn 1 EMCP as a reward (The reward is dynamic and is based on actual output);

  • The efficiency of GPU mining depends on the user's GPU performance and algorithm optimization.
