# EMC Mainnet

EMC is an Ethereum-compatible, EVM-based public chain that currently leverages a centralized cross-chain bridge to enable bidirectional ERC-20 token transfers with networks such as Arbitrum One and Base. Standard industry wallets can interact with EMC via its JSON-RPC endpoint, providing a seamless experience for both users and developers.
