EMC是一个结合了人工智能与Web3技术的项目，它打造了一个去中心化的AI算力系统，包括算力层、应用层、资产层，以及开发者社区。EMC认为算力必将成为AI时代的“石油”，并将其代币看作AI时代的通用货币，将大量算力RWA化，链接传统金融资产和web3数据资产，解决代币经济模型的循环性问题，在提供高性能的AI算力服务的同时，让海量AI创业者都可以方便的提供应用和服务，最终形成去中心化的AI网络，我们称之为DeAI，我们希望EMC能够**推动消除数字鸿沟和中心化垄断。**
